Baby not pooping for 24 hrs?

Our baby has not pooped in 24 hours now. He’s had multiple wet diapers, just no poop. The doctor said it’s normal for some babies to only go once a day, but once it’s over 24 hrs should i call my doctor? He’s not acting any different, he’s eating normally (even more than before), and he’s sleeping fine. Other than the poop, there’s nothing else wrong.

Is it normal for them to sometimes go a little longer?? He’s a week old and has not had any issues before this
