Mirena and pregnancy?!

Question

I’ve had the Mirena IUD a little over a year. For the last couple weeks I’ve been experiencing some abnormal (for me) symptoms. 
1. Dizziness 
2. Nausea and occasional vomiting 
3. Fundal pressure (below my breasts going across) 
4. Heavy fatigue 
Has anyone gotten pregnant on the IUD? Or am I overreacting and reading too much into these symptoms?

I know 4 people who got pregnant while on a IUD and had to have it removed but they had a normal pregnancy

My sister got pregnant on Mirena. It ended ectopic and she was hospitalized. I’d err on the side of caution and take a pregnancy test and get checked out especially if they’re abnormal symptoms for you.

I was told the the mirena can mimic pregnancy symptoms every month. all you can do is take a test to see
