Spotting at 4w5d

I've had cramps for days but today I started spotting and I'm worried :( I read that it's normal but the causes don't fit with how I have been.. no heavy excercise or sex and so forth. I'm going to call my obgyn tomorrow when the fertility center opens for the day. Any comforting words from others who have had spotting?
