Does my baby have teeth !?!?!

I can’t tell if it was the way the ultrasound was or if my baby has teeth? It was very hard to get a picture of his face as he was laying into my placenta. She had to shake my belly to get him to turn and even then she said he was still in a weird position. I’m 30 weeks and deleting this post later I love my child and thing hes a cutie I’ve just never heard of baby’s being born with teeth? My bf thinks it’s just the baby’s top lip
