Accepting pp body??! 😩
My body to the left is post pregnancy and to the right is 2 1/2 months postpartum...
- we went out yesterday and had hubby take a few pics of me and i honestly hate the way i look... i look all swollen up... maybe im just not used to looking like this???! Working out with a toddler and a newborn has not been easy... when i have the energy to exercise, my little one starts being a bit fussy and wants to get held to the point i no longer have the energy to exercise... we went for an hour walk this morning but i feel like thats not enough....
I need help with confidence...i want to accept and love my body for the way it is right now... i want to accept that my body might take a little longer to be back the way it is... but im having the hardest time doing so....
any advice would be appreciated...
