Lack of aftercare

So my boyfriend and I are in a DDLG relationship, he works and goes to school l, I’m just in school. Whoever we sext, he’s always sweet after because he gets off to things I’m not comfy with and always makes sure I’m okay. When we see each other/have sex, he can’t do after care because he comes over in his work break or in the 30 span between work and class. He doesn’t get crazy rough, but sometimes he does and I have to get he myself aftercare. Before he leaves he always tells me he loves me, it was so amazing, and makes sure I’m okay and showers me with kisses. I just wish he would be able to spend more time with me
