Essential oils suggestions??
Anyone use essential oils and have a diffuser blend for sleep that DOES NOT use lavender?? Starting to notice that diffusing lavender at night gives me messed up like super realistic dreams so I’m in need of alternative blends to diffuse to help me sleep. 😅🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
