Exhausted and depressed

This is my second month on letrozole and first time taking it in combination with low dosages of thyroid meds. I. Am. Exhausted. This stuff is really knocking me out. I'm also so down in the dumps. I already get like this around my period but these meds are making me so blah and mopey and just plain sad. Next week we are adding an HCG shot. A little nervous about it (hate needles) and hoping it doesn't make me even sleepier and more depressed.
