Miscarriage question

So my positive beta was last week and within 3 days I started bleeding ... super heavy , filling 2 + pads an hour ... then I passed 3 palm sized flesh clots ( the clot color outside but oink/purple gray inside ... very thick and long ... passed these all in a 10 min period and within 2 hours my bleeding slowed to spotting ... I have now been spotting almost 24 hours, can I assume that was “product of conception” and once passed my body is now starting to heal and I should stop bleeding soon? Thanks
