I HATE UTIS

This is my MOST uncomfortable UTI by far. I have little blood in my urine, and I’ve been going hard on the water so I can urinate more and wash out the bacteria. But holy crap, I was so uncomfortable today. It was fine yesterday. I had sex two days ago and I feel like I am SUFFERING. I don’t like antibiotics because it makes me feel much worse; and I’m on birth control so it’s not ideal for me right now. I don’t have cranberry juice on hand, any suggestions or poses to put myself in to rid myself of this pain temporarily until it passes?? I peed thirty minutes after sex and I guess that was a little too late. Sex is good, but there are so many consequences. Pls @god rid me of this pain and I will never have sex again (probably will but just for the prayers)
