Neck pain during sex..???

So everytime my man and i have sex lately he stops halfway through because his 'neck hurts' wth is that about? I want to believe him but it's just kind of strange that that's the only time it hurts. Especially considering he does yard work all the time and electrical work and his neck never bothers him then. Any advice ladies???

I can relate my guys body is fixing itself so he gets back pain but doesn't stop.
I myself get upper neck and back pain but I can't stop lol talk to him maybe it is something else ?

I'm not saying it's not possible your guy doesn't like sex, but how many men do you know that want to stop in the middle just cuz? Maybe he really has a pain going on, or maybe he's having some issues staying hard and uses it as an excuse so he can stop? Communicate and ask him what's going on. If it's a legit neck issue he needs to go to the doctor.
