Baby aspirin

Those who have been advised to take baby aspirin to prevent preeclampsia- any successful birth stories? Just for my peace of mind.

This is my second pregnancy. I have great blood pressure. with my first baby at 38 weeks I suddenly got high blood pressure and they induced the next day (healthy birth/healthy baby) To prevent the high blood pressure spike from happening this time, doctor suggests low dose baby aspirin every day.
