My life became forever sweeter at 1:05pm on Friday, June 19th. Our beautiful son Franklin Babe Burns was born by a cesarean delivery after 20 hours of unmedicated, pitocin induced labor. My water broke the morning of the 18th, after all that time I only progressed to 1cm. It was a long, painful, and heartbreaking journey... but I wouldn't change a moment of it because it's the beginning of his journey.
