TMI post😬 PLEASE HELP!

So lately (for the past 2 weeks or so) my nipples have been SO SO sore! And my boobs have been hurting if my S.O squeezes or plays with them. About a week ago I noticed that they were SO veiny! This isn’t usual for me before AF (she is supposed to get here in 4 days) but around my ovulation time my SO was sucking on my nipples a lot. Could that have caused this soreness? He hasn’t done it since then, but it’s not getting better. I took a pregnancy test today and it came back negative.
