Any type of wrap helps after you have a c section. You will be in pain after the procedure but the wrap will give you support and you will feel like everything is more pulled in because they're going to want you to get up and walk around eventually. So the wrap can be worn right after the procedure like the first night. I had two c sections prior to this one have scheduled for May 18th and the first one I didn't have the wrap and the second one I did and it was like night and day. So, you will hurt less if you had a body wrap than if you didn't.
