Real story.... when you having hard time for a baby.. update every 72 hours

So I found out I was pregnant with a digital the 19th of this month but I was spotting way before that like a whole 2 week before my period. The same Thursday I end up at the emergency room did blood test with hcg 281 couple day later that Monday I went to my doctor took another blood test and today I found out it the hcg went up to 1997 but still I’m bleeding/ spotting come and go and now I’m seeing small cloths. My doctor did a ultra sound saw the sac but nothing inside. What is that mean? Anyone please

Update: End up at the Emergency room tonight nothing bad I was just scared for the bleeding. I’m still bleeding red only when wipes. Doctor put me at 5 weeks and 3 days everything look good nothing inside the sac yet...

I’m still bleeding but baby is inside where he/she belong
