Need advice...

So I just had my first OB app with baby #2... With my first I had a csection(emergency) this time I was REALLY wanting to do a VBAC. My OB told me that they don’t offer VBACS in my County... I live in a small town and my OB is already 45 minutes away. I’m at a loss, I really don’t want to opt for a csection but I’m afraid unless I travel 2+ hours that it’s not an option... what do y’all think.... I’m all ears I really need perspective it’s a HUGE decision. Thanks in advance.
