Irregular periods??? Someone help!

So, I need suggestions on what’s going on with my body. Usually my period are veryyyy regular. Well in the middle of March, I had a 7 day period. That is normal for me. However, at the end of March I had a 3 day bleed. In the middle of April I had another 7 day period. I got off on the 20th and now I’m literally bleeding again. What could be going on??

How old are you? Are you sexually active? How about any stress or large caffeine intake? Usually around your 20's when your period becomes more regular. If you're sexually active it could make your period irregular. Also stress and caffeine, your diet can also cause irregularity. if you stopped your period on the 20th and bleeding again, it could be old blood or you could be getting close to ovulating. Some women tend to spot during ovulation
