Do you get a lot of pimples?

Hi girls. I bought something to try and heal my skin after years of picking it. But somehow my blemishes keep appearing. I don’t know how to control them. Now I’m just using Clinique and the treatment I bought. I also used African soap, noxzema, proactive... I don’t have really bad acne but just the common annoying zits. How do you usually control them from appearing?

I would recommend that you stop eating/drinking dairy. The lactose and hormones in milk can be a culprit for acne, especially as adults. Acne along the chin and jawline are frequently linked to hormones in dairy products!

I used to have a lot of trouble with pimples but after I changed my birth control pill to one specific for skin it has made a huge improvement, it took a few weeks to work and when ever I get a pimple I put tea tree gel on it 😊

So I have bad acne and I refuse to cut out dairy, make sure you wash your face 2 Times a day. Use a good toner and put on moisturizer. Also drink lots of water and make sure to take off your makeup every night and obviously that time of the month you will get bigger breakouts but when I do all of this my face is amazing!!!
