Help???? Am i crazy

I'm still in love with my ex. Even tho he is ready to have a baby to someone else. I would still take him back. We have not been together In Years. But we still talk n we friends. We talk about us n what we had. N how he misses our good times. Then he ask me would I be with him again. He said it was just a question he meant nothing by it. Then y ask??? I am currently In a relationship. What should I do??? Help?? Is there still love there both ways???
