excersize.....
So a few years ago I was 168 pounds after having my daughter and I lost 42 pounds in 3 months taking me back to my comfortable weight I was before I had my kids 126. I managed to keep the weight off for a couple of year but about 6 months ago I started a new job with long hours meaning i was snacking on junk a lot and getting a lot of take away as me and my partner would be to tired to cook so just ordered in. anyway I'm at 151 and really want to get back to how I was. my main issues are my arms, double chin, tummy/hips and thighs (also wouldn't mind having a more toned bum 😂)
