Is it normal for my c-section insicion to be hard?
Is that normal? The skin is hard and kinda raised. I'm almost 3 weeks post partum. It still kinda hurts which I'm sure that's normal cause it was a major surgery to my abdomen. But is it normal for it to be hard? Is that part of the healing process?
