leaving the group

Unfortunately today my DH and I got the news today there was no heartbeat. Last week we were able to see a small HB and I started on Progesterone on Tues to save baby. This is my second MC in 4 months and I'm not sure how to handle it. I was 16weeks with my first and now 7 weeks with this angel baby. I just don't understand. I work with Mother's and Babies as a nurse and I don't know how I can handle seeing families welcome their loved one without thinking of my angel babies. Thanks Ladies
