Spotting

I'm the most regular person on earth to the day/flow of an every 29 day cycle... I've had light spotting since Monday and still just as light.... My heavy flow should've starting today and still light. Too nervous to take a test for the disappointment of another negative result.... Thoughts/comments would be greatly appreciated on if spotting sometimes lasts this long after implantation. Thanks ladies!
