Do you think speeding is safe when its the norm? (Limited to only freeways/highways/interstates)
So I live in Phoenix. Here our speed limits on freeways/interstates are 55 or 65 depending on where you are. It is the norm for people to go 20 over. If you go the speed limit people will honk at you, pass you in a dangerous manner, ride your ass, etc.

Is it normal to speed on freeways/highways/interstates where you live?
