Memory issues

I'm only a little over 3 weeks but for some reason this week my head has been lost in the clouds.. I haven't been able to remember anything and when asked questions I struggle to put it together. This is my second pregnancy and I don't remember experiencing anything likes this until the end of the pregnancy.... Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks!
