Eyeshadow question
How do I get my eyeshadow to show up like it does on all these makeup tutorials? I layer it on and it still doesn't show up well. Also whule I'm asking questions, finishing spray before or after eyeliner? And should I spray it on my eyeshadow before I put eyeliner on so my eyeshadow stays better? If I spray after it tends to make my eyeliner run a bit.
