Low AMH at 33 years old

I am 33 years old and started with an RE last month. My doctor called me today and said I have low AMH .66 my HSG was clear and I have low Vit D. We will be doing an IUI with donor sperm and 100mg of Clomid Has anyone had any BFP with low AMH if so what did you do?
