When would cd 1 be ?

So it’s 6:17 pm and my period just got here and I’m going to start letrozole on day 3 now my question is would i count today as cd 1 or count it tomorrow as my period isn’t my usual heavy it’s just there and kinda light ?

I was told the first full day is day 1. So if you get at night, the next day would be day 1.

my doc says full flow before 3 pm is day one. if not, then the next day is your day one.
