Any here ladies married to a CO???

Question

I’m currently pregnant and my husband is
Starting a new job as a correctional officer I was wondering if any ladies here went in to labor if he was at work or if he got any kind of leave once the baby is here 
Really getting scared and worried just want to see if he is at work he would be able to leave for the birth of our baby ..

My husband is a CO too! We had our baby in December, we got induced so he called off work. Write down the phone numbers of institutions there so you can call if he's at work when you need to go to the hospital.
Also, we had family emergencies right after our son was born and he didn't have anymore leave to take. His warden (I think) granted him advanced leave so he just had to work it off before he could earn any leave. Hope this helps!
