uncle issues

So this isn't about my husband , but his uncle. He has been living with us and causing issues with not getting a job and basic "freeloading". The biggest issue is he lies but I truely believe he thinks his lie are truth. Sometimes its so stupid and pointless for example

he will tell me yea I saw the neighbor and she came over and said hi come to find out she just stepped outside nothing else happened.

So here is my next question/issue. My husband came home from the hospital for an infection in his leg. The uncle got caught in more lies so he left. The uncle does this thing where he disappears for couple days when things get "stressful" for him. Like goes and gets a hotel room and parties.

My question besides the lying. Can I be mad that a grown man comes and goes from my house? He will be gone for 3 days and offer no explination.
