Women expecting twins!

I conceived on metformin alone..so its mostly a question for women who didnt use clomid or anything because i know that heightens the chances but...Did you feel you were going to be carrying twins? Did you get an early positive test? I want to hear when you found out you were pregnant and if there are are any tell tale signs. Thank you!
