Extremely Itchy!

I'm not sure what's going on here. I'm extremely itchy all over the place. The backs of my hands are the worst but its EVERYWHERE. I'm constantly scratching. My arms, legs, hands, neck, chest, stomach you name it - its itchy. I'm 36 weeks pregnant as of Tuesday. I gave GD and recently been diagnosed with pregnancy Induced hypertension. There isnt really a rash. I've broken skin from the scratching so I have some little sores... I've tried to stop but it's nearly Impossible ... see my doctor this week but I asked about it before and they said it's probably just dry skin. I've tried lotions, vaseline and creams. idk what else to do. I'm so itchy I hate it.
