so most people think that implantation is only spotting, that its light pink and brown with no red. Well thats not always true. Every woman is different and if our bodies did what they were supposed to everytime, doctors would be out of jobs. Many women have heavy implantation bleeding, bleeding that is red brown and pink. Its very possible to mistake this bleeding as a period as it comes close to when you would expect AF but it normally doesnt fill up pads even if it is heavy. Also you should never wear a tampon or douche if you suspect it to be implantation. I hope this helps with any questions you may have.
