If you had 6 months to prepare for TTC what would you do to prep?

We have 6 months to prep for TTC. Last time it too us a year to conceive. What would you do with 6 months to prepare? Diet? Suppliments? etc

Answer

Dental hygienist here... make sure to go to the dentist and get any work done before you start trying. Also make sure you take great care of your gums as bacterial infections in your mouth can impact fertility and transfer to the baby once pregnant. Other than that, just take care of yourself, minimize stress, eat well, and make sure your finances are in order.
