So I went to my doctor concerning some mild, almost non existent itching I've had down there, in addition to pain with intercourse and urination, and a fishy smell (which ironically I noticed my SO has, but I thought it was because he works with fish). She didn't even run tests, just told me to get monostat. I've had a yeast infection before, and it was way worse than this. My concern is what if it's bacterial vaganosis? She didn't even do her damn job! Anyways, I'm just curious what you guys think it is and if you know of any ways to get rid of it. I'll get monostat if it works on both, but if not.. It's expensive and I don't even know for sure what I have.
