This doesn't feel real!💕

Today I am 10dpo... after 3 days of positive cheap tests we got this...

Today I have cramps, backache, a little spotting, nausea and fatigue.

I'm not sure what to say but I had to tell someone! I'm so nervous after recurrent miscarriage. I just so want a healthy pregnancy finally!

I have a doctors registration on Wednesday so waiting until then to let them know and ask if I can get some early things done to check everything is in the right place etc.
