Chances of conception after Laparoscopic surgery

Are the chances good at conceiving? I know there is no way to really know until the doctor goes in there and figures things out. But I just wonder the success rate of conceiving shortly after and how.

I have one, possibly two, blocked tubes and the doctor is saying he may be able to remove some of the adhesions. But I wonder how likely will it be for us to conceive and will we be able to do it naturally or will we have to do IUIs, or worse do we have to go straight to IVF?
