what do I say/do

I have a premie and we came home from hospital this week. his mom came to stay w us and help but I dont let her hold him much bc she doesn't support his neck. I feel I have to constantly correct her while shes holding him and then she thinks I'm just momma bear and being protective. I've wanted to show her a you tube video about premie care and feeding. , she is very hard of hearing tho. like has hearing aids but still needs CC. help I feel like I'm breaking her heart. I'm so exhausted tho I cant hardly walk still from c section and I just stopped trying to show her how to feed him.
