So long story short, I had to get surgery (was put to sleep) and my doctor said I can’t breastfeed for 24 hours. I literally just have to pump & dump within that time frame ☹️ ... it’s already been 19 hours, should I be okay to breastfeed now (noticed my milk production dropped) or should I just wait til the full 24hrs?
