Need some help!

So since Monday all I've had is spotting only when I check my cm and sometimes when I wiped. I've used tampons here and there when I felt like af was gonna start and there's nothing anything on it. I haven't had a full flow of any kind. If I go by my opk on CD 12 I'm 26 dpo. But if I go by my opk on CD 18 that looked more positive than CD 12 I'm 20 dpo. Or if I go by glow that said my O was on CD 16 I'm 23 dpo. My cycle length as of now is 38-39. So I'm either 12 days, 9 days or 7 days late for my period. Lol I'm really at a loss. Idk what to do. Any advice would he great!
