I WENT VEGAN🌿🍏🍃**UPDATE**
Hi 😊 So im 16 & overweight, and i have a great deal of health issues, I have irregualr periods because of my weight. I also get real bad leg pains when i walk too far and get cramps in my stomach. I ate ALOT like ALOOOOT

So on tuesday was feeling real self concious and i thought to myself, cant anyone change me but me, if i wanna loose weight i gotta want it and i need to put in the hard work and dedication to get where i want to be❤

So with that in mind i went VEGAN! I haven't ate any dairy products, chips, soda, bread, nor meat for 4 days 😲 and i have a week gym membership at LA Fitness (Shout out to yall) to get me started.😊.

Im tired of putting myself down, making excuses for myself and making me seem like im a victim. IM NOT A VICTIM TO MY OWN LIFE. I wanna be a romodel to my siblings and to everyone out there who feels like they are too weak to take control of thier life.❤

Hiya everyone!, just a little update on everything!, im doing good, i completely cut off sweets and no meat or dairy what so ever. People are already telling me they are seeing a change, its only been like a week!❤😊, i do have judgemental people, that claim how im lying, how im to 'fat to be vegan'. but imma stay positive and keep going! I see a change in the discoloration of my skin, and i have less headaches. OH P.S MY PERIOD CAME!!! YAAAAY THAT MEANS PROGRESSS WHOOOOO HOOO WE ON THE ROAD TO SUCESS
