Morning sickness tips and tricks.
Tip one: don’t drink water on an empty stomach, that’s guaranteed to make you barf
Tip two: miso soup has helped me with morning sickness and it’s a liquid I can keep down that also has protein and iron.
Tip three: if you’re like me, food won’t stay down very well in the morning so eat bland foods like rice or bread.
Tip four: try not to eat foods that are heavy or super saucy.
Tip five: definitely don’t eat biscuits from Popeyes or any chicken place because they come back up like sludge and it’s terrible.
Tip six: pickled ginger seems to help me more than ginger drinks and teas but don’t eat HUGE amounts of it. And by that I mean like a cup of it. Which I doubt would be easy to choke down.
Tip seven: just remember this too shall pass.
