Pregnancy or pms? I know it's hard to tell

I'm 6 days post ovulation and feel fatigued. I think it may be to early to test and I know that's a pregnancy symptom sometimes but it can also mean AF coming. Does fatigue with AF come during AF or early like this?

I’m 5DPO and today I got this wave of nausea. When I conceived in Jan (MC @ 7w) nausea was the first thing that showed up 7DPO. Now I’m also tired with hot flashes this evening. Usually don’t get pms symptoms until about 3 days before it’s due. I’m about 8 days until it’s due now. Feeling a tad crazy. This was also my first cycle of femara so that may play a factor into it.

That was a sign for me with my second...I had 0 energy 5-6 days before af was due. I do get somewhat tired with pms but not dead on my feet like was when I was first preggo. I felt like I couldn't get enough sleep lol
