Judged for breastfeeding...

Today I felt like my mother in law was judging me for nursing my 1 year old. She’s told me before that nursing after they turn one is super weird. Today she asked if I was still nursing her and I said yes and she said well, you know she’s 1 now and she’s just nursing for comfort and doesn’t need to breastfeed anymore. I said well yeah she does nurse for comfort sometimes, but she still nurses for food and nutrition too. She refuses to drink any other milk.

I don’t know what to do about being judged for breastfeeding my baby. I don’t even want to stop. I love the bond my daughter and I share because of it.
