are miscarriages different?

I was infertile for 15 years got pregnant naturally 4 times in 2016 and 2017 all ended in miscarriages heavy bleeding clots dropping hcg. It took me a year to get pregnant this time. I went to the ER cause I started spotting and cramping like with the others and just knew. My hcg was 115 I went for my f/u appointment and my numbers went down to 62. What's bothering me about this one there is no bleeding just faint spotting and still have pregnancy symptoms something that didn't happen with the other 4. If anyone has had similar experiences of any advice it is greatly appreciated.
