Someone please help me figure this out!

This was a digital clear blue ovulation test. The little “object” showed in the window but never started blinking. I got tired of waiting so me and my fiancé just went ahead and went add it. I came back to check it and my screen was blank so I pulled out the test and these are the lines. Does that potentially mean it was positive? I am quite confused but definitely didn’t want to miss out on any chances as this is around the time of my ovulation according to my calendar. Advice or opinions please!
