So this is my chart so far. And also the first one I've done. Been ttc for 3 months...I have NO clue what the rockyness means? I will say after the first dip I wasn't sleeping through the night so I would wake up 2 hours before my usual time to check temp. Could that be it? Or does this mean a health concern? Also I dont know when I ovulated? Is it the first dip?
