Preeclampsia ???

Those that have had this before what were your first signs ??
I just recently got swollen feet at 35 and at my last appointment my weight went up 4 pounds within 1 week ... somewhat concerned

I went to the hospital 3days before my 40week mark. I had the most horrible headache and I was sooo swollen! I also had gained like 10lbs within a week (didn’t know) blurry vision from the headache. They took my bp and said I was going to be induced because it was so high. They started pitocin and magnesium

Nothing! I had 0 signs! I went in for a regular OB appointment and my Bp was really high.. I honestly felt fine so I was shocked.. I had to pee in a jug the next 24 hours so they could measure protein levels. Which were high and then I was diagnosed.

Preeclampsia ???
