Period weirdness

So I was supposed to start my period 8 days ago and I did take a couple pregnancy test but all negative. Every time I go use the restroom and clean myself it seems as if I’m on because the toilet paper will have faint red on it. I am sick and don’t know if that has something to do with it? Please help if you can ! Thank you💛
